Brock Lesnar made his return to mixed martial arts (MMA) at last night's (Sat., July 9, 2016) UFC 200 pay-per-view (PPV) at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. He looked like he never took any time off at all, even though this was his first fight in five years, as he dominated Mark Hunt in two of three rounds -- while managing to avoid taking any real damage in the other -- to win a unanimous decision by scores of 29-27 across the board. It was an impressive performance considering the circumstances, and about as much as anyone could have possibly asked for.
WWE got plenty of promotion during the show, as they ran a promo for his match against Randy Orton at SummerSlam before he went out and scored a dominant win over Hunt. He wouldn't comment on a possible return to the UFC -- instead choosing to call for peace in America -- but a win over a fighter like Hunt gives him that much more leverage if he decides he wants to make another run in MMA.
