TNA officially announces Slammiversary PPV, next television tapings

The line-up was set at their last television tapings in April, and we knew it was building to Slammiversary, TNA's first pay-per-view (PPV) since last October's Bound for Glory.

Now, the company has officially announced details for the show, which will take place Sunday, June 12 at 8PM.

The event will take place in Orlando at Universal Studios. As will their next set of television tapings, which they announced at the same time as the PPV details. Those will follow Slammiversary and run Monday, June 13 - Wednesday, June 15.

The show on Tuesday, June 14 will be "live" (shown in their usual 9PM Eastern POP TV time slot on a brief delay), something Impact has done regularly in the past, but which wasn't an element of their most recent tapings.

It means spoilers for episodes that will air after the 14th will be available before that show airs, but considering that a few weeks ago there were open questions about if Impact would still be filming at all, this seems like a small issue.

The line-up for Slammiversary is still being unveiled on episodes produced at the last taping - read about those in our spoiler reports herehere, here and here.
