Former WWE star and current New Japan talent Shelton Benjamin, who was also recently revealed to be a member of the Global Force Wrestling roster, took to social media today to reveal that it wasn't long ago that he negotiated with TNA.
The two sides couldn't reach a deal; however, that doesn't mean the door is closed on it ever happening.

Considering TNA's ongoing issues related to its deal with Destination America and constant bad press, perhaps it's best for Benjamin to wait it out and continue his successful run in Japan.
