TNA Gut Check winners return to Impact Wrestling on Thanksgiving night

Whatever happened to all those Gut Check winners?

That's a question quite a few fans of TNA have been asking themselves since the company introduced the concept months and months ago. In fact, not a single winner has actually appeared on television after winning a contract.

But a loser has.

Indeed, Joey Ryan, obviously the most over of the bunch, was denied but brought in using an angle that TNA ignored its fanbase, who wanted him to win a contract with the company. He's now making regular appearances for the promotion, including an X Division title shot against Rob Van Dam.

Now, though, the Gut Check winners will actually get their chance to show up on Impact Wrestling on the Thanksgiving night episode, as tweeted out by Dixie Carter:

"All the Gut Check winners return to @IMPACTWRESTLING on Thanksgiving night for #OpenFightNight. Interested to see who seizes the spotlight."

Those appearing include Alex Silva, Taeler Hendrix, Sam Shaw, and Christian York.
