When last we heard from Kylie Rae, we weren’t sure if we’d seen the last of her in a wrestling ring.
After she missed a scheduled Knockouts title match at Impact’s Bound For Glory PPV last October, Kylie posted a message on her Patreon to say she was “unwell” and “no longer a professional wrestler”.
Fans and colleagues alike sent well wishes, and shared concern - especially seeing as Kylie had opened up about her mental health struggles after her brief 2019 run with AEW ended.
There’s reason to smile tonight, though. Kylie Rae is coming back! She’ll be working in her hometown of Chicago, at Warrior Wrestling’s June 5 Stadium Series show. Kylie is the promotion’s defending Women’s champ, and no word on opponent yet...
SMILIE.

... but that note about the timing of the announcement? This went up shortly after Dr. Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa set the wrestling world on fire with their brutal, electrifying Anything Goes main event on Dynamite. The Smiley One’s worked with both women throughout her career, and Rosa and Baker have both been on Warrior Wrestling cards before, too.
Stay tuned, and welcome back Kylie!
