The wrestling world hasn’t heard much about former Tough Enough contestant, Total Divas star, and Funkadactyl Ariane ‘Cameron’ Andrews since she was released by WWE in May of 2016.
She’s been pursuing acting, and has her own YouTube channel. But she’s stayed away from wrestling. That changes on WrestleMania weekend, however.
After a few teases in 2019, Andrew will definitely work one of GCW’s “The Collective” events in Tampa - Effy’s Big Gay Brunch on Saturday, Apr. 4:

No opponent has been announced for the former Diva, but expect something campy for Andrews. She was never known for her in-ring abilities, and it’s doubtful they’ll have improved a great deal in the four years she’s been out of the business.
Effy, on the other hand, is more in the mold of AEW’s Sonny Kiss. He calls himself “the queer Stone Cold Steve Austin”, and celebrating his identity is just part of his performance, which in many ways is a standard wrestling character/gimmick.
Hopefully, Cameron’s return helps move some tickets for a fun wrestling show.
