Billy Corgan & Dave Lagana’s National Wrestling Alliance tapes their first batch of studio shows in Atlanta tonight (Mon., Sept. 30). And this morning, they’ve announced some key details about the series - what it will be called, and how you’ll be able to watch it.

The National Wreslting Alliance is proud to announce…

NWA POWER is coming to you worldwide every Tuesday at 6:05pm ET starting on October 8th.

As unveiled today by NWA President Billy Corgan at the Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta…. this return to its roots for the National Wrestling Alliance with studio wrestling is being made widely available for all great wrestling fans at the same time around the world. You can watch this show with no restrictions, no paywalls. Watch with other NWA fans during the live premiere every Tuesday at 6:05pm Eastern.

And if you can’t watch the live premiere, the show will be available on-demand via those platform plus they will be made available on Fite.TV every Saturday Night.

Basically, it’s the MLW route, minus the BeIN Sports television piece. Which will help them get eyeballs on the product, because there aren’t a ton of obstacles to checking out free wrestling at your leisure on any internet-enabled device. Whether or not fans keep coming back after checking it out will be key to monetizing the show online, and getting it on television.

The NWA also announced what POWER will be building to - their next pay-per-view (PPV) is set for Sat., Dec. 14 in Atlanta.

This week’s tapings (they’re also filming tomorrow) will feature a Worlds Heavyweight title match between champ Nick Aldis and Tim Storm. All of the NWA’s champions and most recognizable names are set to be there - National champion James Storm, NWA World Tag Team champs Royce Isaacs & Thom Latimer, Women’s World champion Allysin Kay, Eli Drake, The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express, Colt Cabana, and more.

Who’s gonna watch?
