NEW ORLEANS — A card that was already shaping up to be one of the highlights of the WrestleMania week indie scene here somehow got better 17 hours out of bell time.
Late Wednesday night, Game Changer Wrestling announced that Low Ki was out of his main event match against Matt Riddle at Matt Riddle’s Bloodsport, which is scheduled for 3 p.m. CT on Thursday. Fifteen minutes after that tweet went out, GCW dropped this bombshell: Minoru Suzuki will be taking Low Ki’s place.
So, it’ll be Suzuki vs. Riddle in a dream match in the headliner of the card. Fans who aren’t in New Orleans can watch on WWN Live.

Suzuki and Riddle, both legit former MMA fighters known for their shoot-style pro wrestling, met at a Revolution Pro event back in November in London. It was a match many thought was good, but that both men had a better outing in them. They’ll get a chance to prove that Thursday.
Bloodsport is somewhat of an MMA-themed show. Knockout or submission are the only two methods of victory in the matches.
Also on the card, WALTER takes on UFC fighter Tom Lawlor, Nick Gage faces Timothy Thatcher, MMA legend Dan Severn faces Chris Dickinson, Eddie Kingson meets Tracy Williams, Masada matches up with Martin Stone and Dominic Garrini takes on KTB.
