Report: Big Cass taken to hospital after apparent seizure at House of Hardcore event

According to a report from PW Insider, a scary situation played out at the House of Hardcore event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania earlier this evening. Former WWE star Big Cass apparently walked into the lobby to sign autographs from the backstage area when he had a seizure.

An ambulance was called and medical personnel tended to him before he was transferred to the hospital.

At the show, where Cass was scheduled to appear, Tommy Dreamer, who runs the promotion, asked fans to say a prayer for him.

There are photos floating around of Cass on the floor from fans at the event. Said fans noted they believe he had a seizure.
