Surprise!
The NWA 70th Anniversary show hit Nashville, Tennessee tonight (Oct. 21, 2018) for an event headlined by Cody Rhodes defending the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match against the man he took the title from at ALL IN, Nick Aldis.
Or attempting to, at least.
Aldis took the first fall with the Cloverleaf:

Cody won the second fall with the Cross Rhodes, but only after Aldis had put himself through a table on a diving elbow to the outside:

They went back-and-forth from there but it was Aldis reversing a cradle after Cody lost a shoe on a Cloverleaf attempt that got the final pinfall, giving Aldis the title back not even two months after he lost it.
It was something of a surprise, and Cody simply left disappointed just after. The timing of it all will likely get people talking.
