Noam Dar to return to ICW in tag team action, Kevin Nash set as commissioner for Fear & Loathing X

At today’s installment of ICW Fight Club, the Scottish indie promotion had a couple big announcements for us, so let’s get right to the Tweets, eh?

Do not adjust your set, citizen.

WWE superstar Noam Dar is returning to ICW at Shug’s Hoose Party 4 in tag team action! With his old Pinky Party partner Sha Samuels at his side he’ll be across the ring from the freshly turned heel Grado and the Iron Man himself, ICW World Heavyweight Champion Joe Coffey.

It’s not the first time somebody under WWE contract has returned to ICW, as Finn Balor made a special appearance at Fear & Loathing IX last year, but while he got physically involved in a match, he wasn’t booked in a match from the jump, making this a rather more interesting scenario.

Especially if you consider it in light of long-standing rumors that ICW might be headed to the WWE Network in some capacity. Could Shug’s Hoose Party 4 be the first show taped with the Network in mind? Exciting times we live in, but first, let’s backtrack to Fear & Loathing for a second for one more announcement...

Big Daddy Cool is gonna be in the house as commissioner for ICW’s biggest show of the year! He’ll be presiding over their second year straight at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, which was the setting for one of the biggest indie shows anywhere in the English-speaking world last year with over 6,000 in attendance, and one has to assume they’re aiming to break their record this year.

So why not start off by filling the tank with some Diesel, right?

There you have it, folks

A nice little slice of 2017 for you on a Sunday evening, with Noam Dar returning to his old stomping grounds. But will Alicia Fox come with him?
