The dream run for Tommy Dreamer as TNA digital media champion is over. He met his demise at the hands of Crazzy Steve at the TNA Hard to Kill pre-show (Jan. 13, 2024).

The rules for this bout were No DQ, so weapons were legal. Steve used that to his advantage by tenderizing Dreamer with chairs. Steve got creative for a cutter with Dreamer’s head sticking through the chair.

Steve continued to pour on the pain and tied Dreamer’s hands together. Steve dumped out a huge pile of plastic forks, which was a central instrument in this feud when Steve originally stabbed Dreamer in the back with a fork. Steve landed a running cannonball onto the cutlery atop Dreamer’s carcass. The new champion finished the job with a flying DDT.

Crazy Steve’s story paid off in gold and glory for the first singles title of his TNA/Impact career.
