TNA reveals new World title belt design

It’s new title belt season in TNA. The switch from Impact to TNA has brought forth updated championship designs. The top prize is now revealed with a fresh look. TNA president Scott D’Amore presented the world championship to Alex Shelley.

Here’s another look at the TNA World Championship held by the Motor City Machine Gun.

Compare that TNA design to the previous Impact design.

Shelley has had the world title in his possession for 214 days and counting. He fought off challengers Steve Maclin, Nick Aldis, Brian Myers, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Josh Alexander, and Jonathan Gresham during his reign. The next defense will be against Moose at Hard to Kill on January 13.

Earlier in the week, TNA released new versions of the X-Division Championship held by Chris Sabin, the World Tag Team Championship held by Ace Austin & Chris Bey, and the Digital Media Championship held by Tommy Dreamer.
