Impact Final Resolution adds seven new matches, including Tommy Dreamer title defense

Impact’s next marquee event is Final Resolution on December 9 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They haven’t had much television time dedicated to building this card. The past two weeks of Impact Wrestling were the Thanksgiving highlight show and the Throwback Throwdown special. Impact blasted out seven new matches to fill Final Resolution.

The current lineup for Final Resolution includes:

  • Motor City Machine Guns vs. Josh Alexander & Zack Sabre Jr.
  • Trinity & Jordynne Grace vs. Deonna Purrazzo & Gisele Shaw
  • Rhino vs. Moose
  • Impact World Tag Team Championship: Ace Austin & Chris Bey (c) vs. Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards
  • “Speedball” Mike Bailey vs. Trey Miguel
  • Impact Digital Media Championship: Tommy Dreamer (c) vs. Deaner
  • Jake Something vs. Jason Hotch
  • Frankie Kazarian vs. Sheldon Jean (pre-show)

Zack Sabre Jr. is the feature attraction making his Impact debut through the Forbidden Door from NJPW. Sabre’s skills pair well with Josh Alexander for a clash of styles with the speedy tag team work of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin.

Trinity and Jordynne Grace are headed for a Knockouts Championship showdown at Hard to Kill on January 13. But first, a pit stop is in order to handle a couple of loudmouths in Deonna Purrazzo and Gisele Shaw. Cue the questions of champion and challenger being able to coexist.

ABC has duty defending the Impact World Tag Team Championship against Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards. Myers was palling with Moose, but the Wrestling God has his focus on challenging Alex Shelley for the Impact World Championship at Hard to Kill. Myers and Edwards are fresh as a pair, however, they each have history as tag team specialists throughout their careers.

Tommy Dreamer may be running with the devil as he carries the Impact Digital Media Championships. Questions swirl if Crazzy Steve opened Pandora’s box of Dreamer’s particular set of skills as the Innovator of Violence. Deaner is known to push boundaries. The question is if Dreamer will respond with hardcore answers.
