Just when you thought 2020 couldn’t get any weirder, enter David Hasselhoff, Flavor Flav, Nancy Kerrigan, and Chuck Norris to rally support for Heath to get hired by Impact.
The story over in the Impact Zone has been Heath producing his own commercials to get the hashtag #Heath4Impact trending. He believes enough fan support will result in a contract offer. Last week, Rhino hatched a plan to steal a fat wad of cash from Hernandez after Heath ran out of funds to continue with his commercials. That money roll must have been full of hundreds, because Heath pulled out the big guns for his latest commercial.
The advertisement began with a comical crack at Vince McMahon for keeping Heath’s last name hidden in a safe. It is no secret that Heath needs a job. The man has kids. He also loves professional wrestling. Heath could go anywhere he wants (cue Impact security kicking him out), but he wants to be with Impact to wrestle the best competition in the world. Plus, his best friend, Rhino, is there.
Heath asked the fans for help to get #Heath4Impact trending. That’s when the celebrities chimed in. Hasselhoff, Flavor Flav, Kerrigan, Norris, and DeLorian Brown all pleaded their case for this cause.
Thumbs up to Impact for that creative commercial. The music choices evoke emotion, and the pleas of Heath’s young children pull on the heart strings. The surprise celebrity cameos are a very smart way to give #Heath4Impact some steam and hopefully bring attention to the Impact product.
