Here’s the place to check results and comment along with tonight’s (Oct. 20) Impact Wrestling’s Bound for Glory, emanating from the Odeum Expo Center in Chicago, Illinois.
You can view the show on Fite.TV and on pay-per-view. Bell time is at 8 PM Eastern.
We’ll update the results tonight as they happen, and feel free to use this space to discuss all the action with the best pro wrestling community on the internet - before, during and after the show.
We get to see the intro and then Eddie Edwards walk out for the battle royal when Fite tells us there’s “No signal from venue” so smashing start from Impact.
Came back for a hot second a few minutes later but back to it.
After about 4 minutes of that, it looks like they’re back. Not the best start, but as long as it is good from here...
- Eddie Edwards wins The Call Your Shot gauntlet battle royal for the right to challenge for any title
Joey Ryan was a surprise appearance at #6 and dick flipped a bunch of dudes, including eliminating a couple with one long one.
Women were in this battle royal as Havok and Rosemary were part of it. As was Jordynne Grace and Kiera Hogan. And the biggest surprise, Smiley Kylie Rae!
Mad Man Fulton was the powerhouse in this one. He was the man who eliminated Joey Ryan, after Joey put his nasty lollipop in his mouth. He also eliminated Rosemary and Havok.
Swoggle made a surprise return as well. He came out from under the ring.
Final Four was Eddie Edwards (who entered #1), Mad Man Fulton, Mahabali Shera (who entered last), and Fallah Bah.
Final two were Shera and Edwards. The rules of this match is the last two have a regular match. It wasn’t long. Edwards won with a Boston Knee Party and will get to challenge for any title.
- Taya Valkyrie (c) def. Tenille Dashwood to retain the Knockouts championship with the Road to Valhalla. Johnny Bravo entered a chain, which Tenille got her hands on. When debating to use it, Taya took the advantage.
- The North (Ethan Page and Josh Alexander) (c) def. RVD and Rhino & Rich Swann and Willie Mack to retain the Impact tag team championships
The biggest thing of note from this match was Rob Van Dam superkicking his own partner Rhino and bailing.
- Michael Elgin def. Marufuji
- Ace Austin def. Jack Crist (c), Tessa Blanchard, Daga, Acey Romero in a ladder match for the X-Division title
It looked like Tessa had it won, fending off all of oVe (minus Sami). But then Ace Austin popped up on the ladder and hit her with a baton to win the title.
This was probably the craziest spot of the night.
Oh my god... #BFG

- Moose def. Ken Shamrock with a spear. Moose cheated a good deal (low blows, exposed turnbuckles) during this match
- Brian Cage (c) def. Sami Callihan in a no DQ match to retain the Impact World championship using a Drill Claw on tacks.
That’s the show, folks! Thanks for watching with us!
