The numbers are in for this week’s episode (Sept. 13) of Impact Wrestling, and viewership continues to climb. They were up to 258K viewers, an increase from 236K viewers last week.
The rating among the coveted 18 - 49-year-old demographic jumped up from 0.05 to 0.07.
This week’s episode had to compete with football, but the game was only on the NFL Network and not basic cable. That was the difference between 7 million viewers this week (still the top rated cable program) and 20 million last week for the opening game.
Impact actually had a world title match this week, but it was impromptu and therefore, unadvertised. They had advertised Brian Cage fighting Kongo Kong and the popular Lucha Brothers tag team in action.
Next week is their first show from their taping in Mexico.
The numbers from the last month:
- This week: 258K / 0.07

- Aug. 30: 225K / 0.07
