Impact Wrestling Ratings (Feb. 1, 2018): Viewership down, rating up for title change fallout

@ImpactWrestling

The numbers are in for last night’s line up (Feb. 8), and Impact Wrestling’s viewership dropped this week. The viewer total was 294K, down from 319K last week. Despite that, the rating number ticked up to 0.08, meaning more people in that 18-49 year old demographic tuned in.

This episode featured the fallout from the Austin Aries title win, which didn’t end up being too much. They advertised a fatal 4-way #1 contenders match which was the main event.

For next week, they’ve already started advertising a world title rematch between champion Austin Aries and former champion Eli Drake. Also Brian Cage will debut, they’ve advertised an X Division title match, and a Knockouts match between Rosemary and Hania. With the world title match and a big debut, it may get more people interested in tuning in.

The numbers from the last month:

  • This week: 294K / 0.08
  • Feb. 1: 319K / 0.07
  • Jan. 25: 310K / 0.07
  • Jan 18: 309K / 0.07
  • Jan 11: 276K / 0.06
