Bad ratings aren’t just a WWE problem this week.
The numbers are in for last night’s Thursday night lineup and Impact viewership is also headed in the wrong direction. Viewership dropped to 190K from 222K. The rating number that indicates the prime 18 - 49 year old demographic sunk from 0.06 to 0.05.
They were once up against Thursday Night Football, this time featuring the New England Patriots. The game wasn’t as close/exciting as the one a week prior, but they pulled in about the same amount of viewers.
Impact isn’t doing themselves any favors. They didn’t advertise anything too exciting and in general, their shows in Mexico have been lackluster.
Next week is their go-home show for their Bound for Glory pay-per-view, but they still don’t have anything major advertised. And to be honest, they may need to wait until they’re out of Mexico for the shows to pick up.
The numbers from the last month:
- This week: 190K / 0.05
- Sept. 27: 222K / 0.06
- Sept. 20: 229K / 0.05
- Sept. 13: 258K / 0.07
- Sept. 6: 236K / 0.05
