The moves are likely happening for a variety of reasons - cost cutting and changing direction chief among them - but the Impact roster continued to shift on the final night of the first taping of the Scott D’Amore/Don Callis era.
The departures of EC3, Bobby Lashley and Chris Adonis weren’t shocking, but the latest confirmed exit is even less so. Rumors went around months ago that Chelsea “Laurel Van Ness” Green requested her release from the company, and this tweet from her looks like it’s finally, officially been granted:

Green’s exit didn’t come with much kayfabe fanfare - at least not on her last night. She lost her Knockouts title (won shortly before reports hit she wanted out, and likely the reason that request wasn’t granted sooner) at Friday’s taping. After a couple defeats in matches which aren’t even for the main Impact Wrestling broadcast on Monday, she said her farewells.
