The viewership totals and ratings are in for last night’s line up (Aug. 3) and Impact Wrestling’s numbers continued to drop this week, albeit not by much. The viewership was down to 276K from 286K. The rating held stable at 0.06.
This week, they were up against the NFL preseason Hall of Fame game. Despite being just a preseason game, that still pulled in 7.8 million viewers. That’s very possibly had an effect, but Impact’s numbers weren’t much better last week when their only competition was Shark Week.
Last night, they had advertised a Grand Championship match between EC3 and Moose, though that’s a midcard title. They’re also deep into their last set of tapings, which were recorded over a month ago. Often the stories and episode get stale around this time. The numbers are lining up with that.
The numbers from the last month:
- This week: 276K / 0.06
- July 27: 286K / 0.06
- July 20: 322K / 0.07
- July 13: 374K / 0.1
- July 6: 345K / 0.07
- June 28: 268K / 0.07
