The numbers are in for last night’s line up (Oct. 19), and Impact’s numbers were slightly down this week. Viewership was 267K, which is a down from 279K. The rating number was steady at 0.07.
This week the advertised main event was Taya Valkyrie vs. Rosemary. There was nothing else of note promoted. Impact was still up against plenty of sports competition. The Thursday Night Football game held steady overall. The baseball game this week did not pull as many viewers as last week (5 million compared to 7 million last week) but this week had 2 million people tuning into an NBA game.
Impact is making their way towards their Bound for Glory pay-per-view (PPV) but that doesn’t mean the show is heating up in the home stretch. Quite the opposite in fact. The last few weeks have had a ton of filler, and they have been lackluster shows. It’s possible they turn it up the last two weeks, but there’s nothing to indicate that.
The numbers from the last month:
- This week: 267K / 0.07
- Oct. 12: 279K / 0.07
- Oct. 5: 251K / 0.05
- Sept. 28: 264K / 0.06
- Sept. 21: 277K / 0.05
