Tweets of the Week: Batista’s comedy special, Cage’s lap dancing surprise, more!

It’s time again for some Sunday silliness with the Tweets of the Week. It will feature goofy stuff with a focus on the three B’s: bods, beasts, and buffoonery.

Oh, some of these might not be from this week nor be tweets. Who cares. Enjoy it anyway.

Dave Bautista has been making the media rounds to hype up his new movie, Stuber. On Jimmy Kimmel Live, Bautista revealed he had signed on for a standup comedy special with Netflix. Enjoy the trailer for Dave Bautista: I’ve Never Done This Before.

Any Cagesiders out there that are as gullible as I am and thought the comedy special was a real thing? I figured it out pretty quickly once the trailer played, but Netflix handing out $10 million sounded believable to me for some reason. The end was perfectly played as Bautista beat up a heckler and yelled, “I’m funny.”

Cage had a wild weekend. On top of officially tying the knot with Melissa Santos, he had one heck of a bachelor party by doing a lap dance in the ring for Tessa Blanchard, Kiera Hogan, Scarlett Bordeaux, and Su Yung. I think the story was that he lost a bet by losing a 4-on-1 match to those ladies. Try to ignore the inferior version of the song, “Pony.” The genuine version by Ginuwine is so much better. Watch all the way through for an awesome climax at the end.

Here is a different angle on Su Yung’s side of the ring.

It wasn’t all bad for Cage. Joey Ryan set up a future gift in the form of a tag team match: Joey Ryan & Orange Cassidy vs Cage & Scott Steiner. Freaks and peaks.

In an unrelated photo, here is a gleeful Cage with Teddy Hart and one of his many cats.

A hart, ewok, and a machine.

I really want to see a movie based off Cage’s caption, “A Hart, ewok, and a machine.” At the very least, give me a dirty joke that starts, “A Hart, an ewok, and a machine walk into a bar...”

Braun Strowman is looking mighty in his Ribera Steakhouse jacket.

This next one is not really wrestling related, but it was posted by DDPY. That’s good enough for me. Here is a sloth posing for the camera.

I don’t know much about sloths, but I bet they’d be good jai alai players.

Have a chuckle at this blast from the past of Steve Austin hitting himself in the face with a chair as it bounces back off the ropes.

That clang sound sounds solid. Austin walked a little loopy after contact.

Warning: This last photo may not be suitable for work due to some butt cheek action.

Ricky Starks, the man known as Stroke Daddy, busted his ass to German suplex some fellow.

Unorthodox maneuver, indeed. Butt cheeks make me laugh, especially when used in song. Yes, I’m an idiot. If you’ve been reading past editions of Tweets of the Week, then you probably realized that already.

Enjoy the day and have a week so slamming that you’re busting out of your trunks.
