Let’s Say Nice Things About... Rowdy Roddy Piper

It’s been two years since his passing. Today’s subject: Rowdy Roddy Piper.

There are few people that can play both smarmy, charismatic villain with a vicious side and working man’s hero that you’ll run though a wall for. Roddy Piper’s one of them.

He’s responsible for a quite a few of my childhood wrestling memories, like this...

Ok, that wasn’t a wrestling moment, but come on. Name one person who hasn’t quoted that famous line at one point or another. Name one.

Piper spoke his mind until his final breath. Yes, it cost him his job more than once, but if I’m being honest, he wouldn’t have it any other way. We miss you around these parts, Hot Rod.
