In an effort to bring some positivity to professional wrestling—and the world for that matter—Cageside Seats and its community will say nice things about people and things in wrestling every single day throughout 2017.
A reminder of the rules: only positivity allowed here. No back-handed compliments, and CERTAINLY NO NEGATIVITY. If you don’t have something nice to say, keep it to yourself, or take it elsewhere. Negative comments will be deleted and you may be subjected to a ban. Cool? Cool.
Today’s subject: considering today is the third anniversary of its launch, the WWE Network.
I’ll start. Quite frankly, it’s an embarrassment of riches. Nearly every PPV ever from the Big Three, every episode of RAW ever, almost every episode of Smackdown ever, NXT, WCCW, AWA, NWA World Championship Wrestling, matches long thought to be gone and in the wind, original series, and all this for $10 a month. This shouldn’t be possible, but it is, and it’s amazing. Seriously, you haven’t lived until you see Wrestlemania X-Seven in upscaled 720p HD.
Plus, every wrestling streaming service born since then owes a debt to WWE Network. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
Ok, your turn now. Say something nice about WWE Network.
And if you have a suggestion for a future “Let’s Say Nice Things About...”, hit me up on Twitter @notoriouseddie. I promise I won’t bite.
