Let’s Say Nice Things About... The Miz

In an effort to bring some positivity to professional wrestling—and the world for that matter—Cageside Seats and its community will say nice things about people and things in wrestling every single day throughout 2017.

A reminder of the rules: only positivity allowed here. No back-handed compliments, and CERTAINLY NO NEGATIVITY. If you don’t have something nice to say, keep it to yourself, or take it elsewhere. Negative comments will be deleted and you may be subjected to a ban. Cool? Cool.

Today’s subject: a member of the WWE Grand Slam club The Miz.

I’ll begin: The Miz is quite frankly a perfect example of not just a wrestling success story, but an American success story. He took the pain of his childhood, created a whole persona out of it, and turned it into one of the biggest success stories in wrestling in the 21st century. He’s worked hard, done everything that’s asked of him, and has been handsomely rewarded—in more ways than one. As he said in his epic Wrestlemania XXVII prematch promo, he made it.
