Let’s Say Nice Things About... Kevin Nash

In an effort to bring some positivity to professional wrestling—and the world for that matter—Cageside Seats and its community will say nice things about people and things in wrestling every single day throughout 2017.

A reminder of the rules: only positivity allowed here. No back-handed compliments, and CERTAINLY NO NEGATIVITY. If you don’t have something nice to say, keep it to yourself, or take it elsewhere. Negative comments will be deleted and you may be subjected to a ban. Cool? Cool.

Today’s subject: former WWE and WCW world champion and WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash.

I’ll break the ice. Nash is if nothing else two things: very charming and very honest. Nash has been open about doing one thing in the wrestling business: making money, and he’s made quite a bit of it thanks to his charm.

His “smarmy” attitude as Diesel was ahead of its time in the WWF; another year or two, it would have been a perfect fit.

And though I disagree with some of Nash’s thoughts about the business, he does not sugarcoat his opinions and will not apologize for them. That’s worth something, right?
