HOOK is coming for Samoa Joe and the AEW world championship

Samoa Joe won the AEW world championship last Saturday at Worlds End, and this week’s Dynamite teased potential title defenses against stars like Wardlow and Swerve Strickland. But there’s one wrestler in the company with an incredibly high winning percentage who might get his hands on Joe first.

Here’s FTW Champion HOOK making his intentions known that he wants another belt, and he’s gunning right for the top prize in the company:

AEW’s next pay-per-view is Revolution on March 3, which is roughly two months away. Given that HOOK usually competes on the PPV pre-shows, I’m thinking HOOK vs. Joe for the world title will be booked on an episode of Dynamite, Collision, or Battle of the Belts before then.

Regardless, I like HOOK’s balls here. He is walking into a very dangerous situation with no hesitation, and is supremely confident that he can choke out the number one guy in AEW.

Good luck with that one, kid.
