Chris Jericho focuses on the important thing while addressing Kenny Omega’s absence

It’s obviously not the primary concern after Kenny Omega announced that he’s out indefinitely with diverticulitis, but there was the question of his match at Dec. 30’s Worlds End PPV.

His current tag partner in the Golden Jets addressed that on the Dec. 20 episode of Dynamite. Chris Jericho’s comments focused on the important thing — Omega’s health — and made it sound like the planned match against AEW Tag champs Ricky Starks & Big Bill is off as a result of Kenny’s absence. Jericho did seem to indicate the Jets will still have a title shot when Omega returns. He definitely said he’ll be ready to team with his partner again whenever he gets back.

The World End & Tag title situations will be dealt with soon, we’re sure. For now, this was a nice moment from AEW & Jericho.
