AEW DYNAMITE WINTER IS COMING RESULTS AND LIVE BLOG FOR DEC. 13
Dark nights, the planets are set, creator prepares for the dawn of man. You’re waking up, the day of incarnation. Said you’re waking up to life, but me? I’m just here to liveblog this pro wrestling show for you, folks.
The show opens with Samoa Joe making his entrance as we get a recap of last week’s attack on Maxwell Jacob Friedman.
Joe gets on the mic and introduces himself to Texas, who are all quite aware of who he is. He says he’s come here tonight looking for answers, and not a long time ago he promised MJF he’d keep him whole until he could dismantle him personally at World’s End and become your AEW World Champion.
Last week he was made into a liar by the machinations of the Devil. He says he saw a beer bottle of a certain brand of beer that a certain cowboy enjoys, and then smelt a certain scent of Stetson and disappointment, but he couldn’t find this certain cowboy.
Enter “Hangman” Adam Page.
He says if Joe wants to accuse him of something, he should just say it like the man he is, and if you think he had anything to do with it, you’d be surprised because he doesn’t care about the bromance or the laser tag or the game of whodunnit, he just does not care.
Joe says he made the mistake of thinking he’s out here as detective when maybe he’s out here as executioner.
Enter Roderick Strong and the Kingdom.
Roddy says Joe should listen to Hangman, he’s his young boy after all. He asks if Joe has seen what’s been happening, and he spins a conspiracy theory about Max obviously being the devil. Page tries to intervene, Roddy’s not having it, and Adam decks him with a hard right hand!
Referee Aubrey Edwards restores order and we’re off!

Adam with a nearfall, punches into the corner, chops in the ropes, Roddy turns him around and stomps him down in the corner! Lateral press for two, cutthroat knees to the back followed by a rear chinlock.
Drawing Hangman up, whip reversed, straight suplex, Strong right out of the cover! Single leg into a stomp, dropping a knee across Page’s throat, punches and chops into the ropes, off the ropes, back body drop sends Roddy to the apron and the triangle lariat sends him to the floor!

Kenny Omega makes his entrance to send us to break.
Back from commercial, Chris Jericho makes his entrance.
He and Omega get on the mic and Jericho says it’s been a while since they’ve been here because of Big Bill and Ricky Starks, who attacked him after Full Gear, dislocated his elbow, and put him out three weeks. Last week after Kenny’s great match with Ethan Page Bill put him on the ground, and now he wants them to get their sorry asses out here.
Enter “Absolute” Ricky Starks and “Big” Bill Morrissey.
Ricky thanks Kenny for AEW and Chris for nothing. Bill says nobody would be surprised if Jericho attacked Omega out of nowhere. Kenny asks Morrissey about The Firm and says he’s looking rather... soft... lately. Omega reminds them they have a title shot and says they’d like to have it at Worlds End.
Starks says he’s already done half the work and then Jericho comes up with a bunch of vulgar tag team names for them before settling on the rather limp “Big” Billie Starkz. Ricky says Chris shops at Hot Topic and Jericho says he wouldn’t bite him if he was a vampire and just comes out and says he’s a better-dressed and less charismatic Enzo Amore.
Kenny says Enzo at least let Big Bill have some of the spotlight, Starks fires back and says it’s all talk, and if they want a war at Worlds End, they got it.
