Ruby Soho’s first night on Dynamite was certainly eventful, but we wouldn’t have expected anything less for a wrestler who debuted at All Out and immediately became the #1 contender to the Women’s title.
Ahead of her match with Jaime Hayter, Soho interacted with the champ herself, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. Or as Ruby called her, Brittany. Trash talk flew in all directions, including Baker taking a jab at Soho’s time in another company where she went by the surname Riott, and spent a considerable amount of time waiting for television time.

Then came her match with the Doctor’s muscle, Hayter. Ruby took a lot of damage...

...but wasn’t going out with a loss in her first AEW singles match. She hit the move formerly known as the Riott Kick to pin the English wrestler 1 - 2 - 3.
Afterwards, the champ came in for the sneak attack. It took two run ins to run off the heels, but first Riho, then Kris Statlander appeared to side with Soho
