Don’t have time to follow all of AEW’s online content? Don’t worry. We got you covered with the AEW Rewind, which will rewind through social media bits and YouTube videos from the past week to prepare you for Wednesday night Dynamite.
One under-the-radar tidbit during AEW’s All Out weekend was the status of a potential in-ring return for Mark Henry. The World’s Strongest Man addressed the issue during a Q & A press conference.
Henry: I’d love to, but my back hurts. And if somebody hits me, I’m calling the police. So, if you’d like to spend time in a little small cell, come hit me. No, thank you.
Never say never, especially in professional wrestling, but it sounds like Henry’s days lacing up the boots are over. Henry further discussed his desire to help pass his knowledge to younger talent to build AEW. That is his primary goal with the company.
Moving on, enjoy Anna Jay and Julia Hart sassing each other.

For story beats on Elevation and Dark, Dark Order dissension is running high. Evil Uno apologized to the group for his rude comment causing Alex Reynolds to leave. 5 voiced his displeasure at Uno thinking he is the leader. 5 proposed a match, and Uno reluctantly accepted.
The divide between #DarkOrder members continues to grow. @Alan_V_Angels challenges @EvilUno to a match and Uno reluctantly accepts.

Uno took shortcuts throughout. He offered a handshake at the start as a ruse for a roll-up. Uno won after smashing 5 into the ring steps then pinning the minion on a pumphandle flatliner. Uno exited in an annoyed state that the match had to occur in the first place. With all this drama in the Dark Order realm, I wonder if they are setting up a split with Hangman on one side and Bray Wyatt on the other to collide in a Dark Order civil war.
Max Caster made his return for surprise interference to help Anthony Bowens in singles action against Griff Garrison. Caster clocked Garrison with a chain for the sneaky win. The best part was Brian Pillman Jr. charging in with a pool cue and hitting himself as the stick bounced back off the ropes. I love the absurdity of Pillman with a pool cue. That’s awesome for a bar fight and now awesome for pro wrestling.

Caster had his official return later in the week in tag team action. He also had a scripted rap. The Acclaimed tore that up and went back to their hijinks.
Sonny Kiss returned to the screen as well. Kiss came strong to kick Joey Janela’s ass for his betrayal.
.@SonnyKissXO is here for payback on @JANELABABY!

Big Swole and Diamante had the blow-off match for their feud with a Three Strikes stipulation. Best two-out-of-three. First fall is pinfall, second fall is submission, third fall is KO.
Tomorrow night on #AEWDark, the war between @SwoleWorld and @DiamanteLAX can only be settled in a Three Strikes Match:

Second fall - Submission
Third fall - Knockout pic.twitter.com/CnWd5rylYk
Diamante took the first stanza by ducking a Dirty Dancing ripcord strike for a roll-up grabbing the tights. Diamante flashed the middle finger to show she is up 1-0. Swole evened the score with an ankle lock submission. The tie-breaker was settled by KO via Dirty Dancing. It helped that Swole wrapped a chain around her fist on the shot. Good, fun, hard-hitting match to settle the story.

Being the Elite
“Back From The Dead” - Being The Elite, Ep. 272 (here) featured:
- Kenny Omega led an Elite seance, while Luke Gallows thought it was a circle-jerk. They tried to resurrect Adam Cole back from the dead, but it didn’t happen immediately. After everyone left, success!
- Young Bucks went on a shopping spree.
- Karl Anderson wore a wig to steal Matt Jackson’s hair brushing bit. The COVID vaccine turned Karl into sour boy.
- Elite highlights from Dynamite.
- Matt Jackson’s Dior sneakers appear to be gone forever after they were stolen from his luggage at the airport last week.
- Peter Avalon and Leva Bates flirted using song titles from Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. It ended poorly with Bye, Bye, Bye as Bates left in a huff.
- Bucks did cardio for the cage match.
- Ryan Nemeth went to the movies. The Hunk took a shot of cream and started copping an attitude.
- Steak dinner with the Elite. Only the most expensive meats. Omega decided to pick up the check, but Ric Flair already paid the tab.
- Fan Fest footage with a Mr. Brodie Lee painting
- Bucks’ photo shoot. Matt Jackson teased the thumbtack sneaker. Cut to music montage highlights from the cage match against the Lucha Bros.
- The closing scene saw Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson in gorilla position before their respective debuts at All Out.
We’ll close with news about action figures and cruises. In addition to the bloody Dr. Britt Baker DMD toy, Jazwares has plans to release Barbed Wire Deathmatch editions of Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley.
