And now my lovely wife Josie covers the entrances for this one—

Kris Statlander enters the arena, oozing a confident purity. I really like her gear tonight, purple looks good on her. Not the biggest fan of the split pea Exorcist puke green facepaint, but she sure is wearing it better than I would. Gosh she’s sparkly.

Here comes the Dentist. She decides to do a whole bunch of talking at the camera, which no one at home or in the crowd can hear.Ooh, her eye makeup kind of matches Kris’s purple accents, so that’s cute. She sure can work a crowd.

(Under the full intensity of the light Alien Girl’s face paint looks way more Dinosaur than Split Pea. It totally works for her and I withdraw my previous drag. -Josie)

WMD staggers Comoroto and Paul hits a spear! QT off the top, he gets caught...

Paul Wight wins by pinfall with a chokeslam.

Commentary tells us Jon Moxley vs. Minoru Suzuki will be on Dynamite this week!

Mox cuts a promo and says that he and Suzuki in the ring together is the best drug in the world and he should know, he’s tried ‘em all. (I like estradiol and progesterone a little better but your point is taken, Jon.) He says in Cincinatti they bury bullies, and that’s just what he’s gonna do to Minoru.

Malakai Black gets a promo where he tells Dustin Rhodes he doesn’t want him to be calm because the madder he is, the more predictable, and the more likely he is to slip up. And if he does calm down, he wants to remind him of all the reasons he’s mad, up to and including his little baby brother Cody, who Black left in the ring lifeless and bent a crutch around his body so bad that he still hasn’t come back.

So think about that when you realize that it’s time to pay the boatman’s toll.

Cage gets to his knees, overhead elbow, fighting into the corner, Kenny shoves him and he falls to the floor! Pressing the attack, back inside, palm strikes, hard whip, the Aoi Shoudou neckbreaker over the knee... NO GOOD! Omega up top, Christian cuts him off and crotches him, avalanche Frankensteiner connects but Cage can’t capitalize!

Trading strikes, both men staggered and wobbling, corner punches, slip out of the One-Winged Angel, more mounted punches, choking Kenny over the ropes! Up and over, duck a spinning axehandle, double leg, cloverleaf blocked with a hair pull and upkicks! Fireman’s carry, reverse to an inverted DDT for two! Looking for the spear... V-TRIGGER COUNTERS!

Drawing Christian up, float over the powerbomb, front chancery, rammed into the corner! Tornado DDT connects but Omega kicks out! Spinning wheel kick, Cage is staggered in the corner, Kenny charges... V-TRIGGER! Dragon suplex, another one, a third! V-Trigger, Christian is out in the apron, neck crank over the bottom rope!

Looking for a German suplex off the apron, Cage hanging on for dear life, a back elbow turns things around but Kenny blocks the Killswitch, electric chair, Christian slips out and hits a neckbreaker over the top rope... SPEAR OFF THE APRON AND THROUGH THE TABLE! Both men pulling themselves to their feet, back inside and we get a nearfall!

Cage up top, frog splash... THE KNEES WERE UP! Looking for the Dr. Wily bomb but his back gives out! V-Trigger, Kenny jawing at him, Christian blocks, right hands, a V-Trigger connects, ripcord V-Trigger takes him off his feet! Underhooks, Jay Driller blocked, this time Cage gets the cloverleaf after a struggle! High angle, cranking Kenny’s neck, Don Callis calls and the Good Brothers come running!

Callis runs interference to keep referee Paul Turner busy but Cage slips away and Doc Gallows eats a V-Trigger! Jockeying for position... KILLSWITCH CAN’T KEEP KENNY OMEGA DOWN! Cage gets him up in the corner but Don is in the ring for the distraction! He runs away but that gives Omega a chance to regroup before Christian climbs up with him.

Thinking avalanche Killswitch, Kenny gouges his eyes, electric chair, Chicago on their feet... AVALANCHE ONE-WINGED ANGEL IT IS OVER!

Kenny Omega wins by pinfall with an avalanche One-Winged Angel to retain the AEW World Championship.

Post-match the Young Bucks come to celebrate with their pal Kenny.and beat Christian down with the Good Brothers.

Jurassic Express hit the ring to make the save but get overwhelmed by that damned numbers game!

Omega gets on the mic and asks the crowd if they’re finally starting to understand. He doesn’t care if you have hometown heroes, where you come from, NO ONE is on his level and it doesn’t matter where he goes, one thing’s for sure, when it comes to this AEW belt, the only people that would ever have a chance to beat him are either not here, already tired, or already dead.

ADAM COLE IS HERE, BAY BAY!

He gets in the ring and stares Omega down... AND SUPERKICKS JUNGLE BOY! HE HUGS THE ELITE! THE BUCKS KISS HIS CHEEKS!

Kenny quotes Steve Urkel and asks if he did that, and says Cole is one of his best friends. Adam gets on the mic and says it’s story time with Adam Cole— it’s official, the Elite is the most dominant faction in the history of this business, and ain’t no chance in hell anyone’s going to stop them. Omega says that’s what he calls a happy ending and all that’s left is to send the crowd home happy, so without any further adieu, he bids us goodbye and—

RIDE OF THE VALKYRIES HITS!

IT’S THE AMERICAN DRAGON BRYAN DANIELSON!

He gets in the ring and helps the Jurassic Express and Christian Cage to their feet! Kenny runs away and the babyfaces go to town! Dragon hits a German suplex on Nick Jackson and lines him up... BUSAIKU KNEE!

The babyfaces stand tall in the ring while the heels beat a retreat.

That’s the show, folks.
