The first two episodes of AEW Rampage were a really big deal, so they aired live. Tomorrow night’s (Aug. 27) episode will be the first one taped on the same day as Dynamite. That means there are spoilers available.
AEW has advertised three matches for the card. Let’s see how the results panned out, courtesy of spoilers from F4WOnline and Wrestling Inc:
- The Lucha Bros beat Jurassic Express in the final match of the World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament. That means Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix will challenge the Young Bucks for the tag titles inside a steel cage on Sept. 5 at All Out. Afterwards, Matt and Nick Jackson attacked the Lucha Bros, with Jurassic Express making the save.
- Tony Schiavone’s interview with Miro ended up with Fuego Del Sol taking a beating until Eddie Kingston showed up.
- The Bunny beat Tay Conti in a singles match. Penelope Ford was ringside for the finish and provided a distraction assist for The Bunny.
- Christian Cage & Frankie Kazarian beat Kenny Omega and Brandon Cutler in a tag team match. There were a lot of comedy spots in the match. Omega abandoned his partner before the finish, which saw Christian pin Cutler.
