Commentary hypes tonight’s show up.
Don Callis gets on the mic and talks Nakazawa up as being part of the lineage of great Japanese pro wrestlers but admits that Kenny Omega isn’t here tonight so Nakazawa is going to wrestle it alone!
BUT OMEGA IS HERE, THE SNAKE, AND HE ATTACKS MOXLEY WITH THE TITLE BELT BEFORE THE BELL!
Eddie Kingston & Jon Moxley vs. Kenny Omega & Michael Nakazawa
Referee Paul Turner calls for it and we get a bell while Nakazawa beats on Kingston and chokes Kingston! Heels double-teaming Eddie but Jon returns to the ring and lights ‘em up with punches! He dumps Michael but Kenny comes from behind and clubs at him! Whip across, Mox hits the Bossman Slam and Omega goes scattering to the floor!
Off the ropes, suicide dive feeds into brawling on the floor as the babyface comeback stabilizes! Back inside, Kingston nearly puts Nakazawa away but Kenny breaks it up! Low blow from Michael while Turner is busy and he capitalizes, choking Eddie with his lanyard! The heat segment rolls on, but Kingston dodges the “YOU CANNOT ESCAPE” moonsault and lays Kenny out with an Axe Bomber!
Tags made, Moxley in hard with lariats on Nakazawa, big German suplex, Jon snaps off a piledriver... OMEGA BREAKS IT UP! Kenny Omega returns with Brandon Cutler in tow, calling for Kingston to be lifted onto his shoulders... ONE-WINGED ANGEL! He mock covers Eddie for three to add insult to injury.
Commentary hypes up the card and we go to break.
Cody Rhodes vs. QT Marshall
Rhodes in hot with kicks, trading punches with Marshall, drop down slap, pull him in, delayed vertical gourdbuster, he takes his weight belt off to whip QT with it but referee Bryce Remsburg takes it away! Marshall whips Cody with a belt of his own before Bryce takes that one away, too! Putting boots to Rhodes in the corner, choking him, sunset flip, up and over, QT has the snap scoop powerslam scouted and blocks it!
Trading right hands, Cody rakes the eyes and then the back before nailing him with an elbow between the eyes! Up top, Marshall cuts him off with a butterfly superplex and follows it with a German suplex! Rhodes rolls to the floor, QT follows after him, gets into it with Arn Anderson, Arn pops him one and grinds his head into the ringpost as referees pull the Enforcer away and eject him as we go to break!

Off the ropes, shoulder thrust cuts him off, Cody slingshots in with a sunset flip attempt but Marshall moons the audience to get away! Rhodes follows it up with a DDT, a moonsault... NOPE!

Scooping him up, Rhodes reverses the Tombstone, reversed again and again... CODY RHODES HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER BUT CAN’T KEEP QT MARSHALL DOWN!
Inverted facelock... QT KICKS OUT OF CROSS RHODES! He draws Marshall up, QT flips him the bird, and Cody takes him down into the figure four leglock, blood pouring from his eye... IT’S OVER!
Cody Rhodes wins by submission with the figure four leglock.
Post-match, Anthony Ogogo hits the ring, lays Cody out with his deadly body blow, and drapes a British flag over him.
Commentary recaps the post-match from last week’s TNT Championship match.
“All Ego” Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky are interviewed backstage.
Sky does a Riddler bit and says Sting is nothing more than a mosquito feeding off the blood of this company, and you know what we do with mosquitos— kill ‘em. So listen, Steve, showtime’s over and Sky is the franchise now, bitch. Page reminds Darby Allin of their storied history but nobody wants to hear him talk about a bunch of matches nobody saw. (I saw them. They were good. You should go watch them.)
But medical history, the dent in Darby’s forehead and the metal in his elbow? Those are All Ego, baby.
Darby Allin attacks and they brawl! The heels get the better of him and grind Allin’s face into the spikes on Scorpio’s fancy shoes... AND THEN PAGE THROWS ALLIN DOWN THE CONCRETE STAIRS!
A medic checks on Darby as we go to break.

Big German suplex on Caster, Blonds run in and they both get chokeslammed by the dino man! The match breaks down again after Daniels breaks up a pin, Kazarian dumps Luchasaurus, Pillman in with a lariat... PERRY KICKS OUT!
Jack goes up top, Christopher cuts him off, diving reverse STO on the dinosaur! Jungle Boy up top, Frankie tags himself in and goes to town on Brian, Pillman gets a nearfall....
SCU win by pinfall with a Best Moonsault Ever / piledriver combination on Brian Pillman, Jr. to become #1 contenders to the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
We get a video package from New Japan Pro Wrestling hyping up Jon Moxley’s reign as IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion and featuring dueling promos from him and his opponent next week, Blue Justice himself, Yuji Nagata.
Kenny Omega is interviewed ahead of our main event.
He hypes up the 40% attendance crowd and shows off his AEW World Championship, AAA Mega Championship, and Impact World Heavyweight Championship, before saying he’s not here for fun or games and doesn’t even want to be here at all, so he asks Tony Schiavone to make his announcement.
It’s that PAC and Orange Cassidy will have an eliminator next week, winner faces Kenny for the AEW World Championship at Double or Nothing. Omega says wins and losses matter and PAC has beaten him in tags and multi-mans and wants to see the rematch, so just announce it.
Enter Orange Cassidy.
Kenny scoffs and questions the notion that he might have to wrestle Cassidy but says he sees merit to Orange, he sees kids with their hands in their pockets and high school kids dressed like him at sock hops, and he’s a feel-good wrestler, but someone like him can never be championship material. Kenny pulls the glasses off of Orange and says he fancies himself the guy that made shades popular in pro wrestling.
Legit Ray-Bans, limited edition, what do those run you, eight hundred to a thousand dollars? He’ll never take the title, but he took his valuable time, so he’s taking the glasses. He puts the shades on Nakazawa and asks how he likes ‘em before turning back to Cassidy. Call him crazy, but those glasses look better on Nakazawa, who also looks like more of a champion.
He wouldn’t count on the match, and he’ll see Orange in ten years or so when he’s a fully-grown adult.
And so we go to break.
Back from commercial, Tony Schiavone interviews Miro.
Miro says he’s here to collect and he’s got a contract for a match next week against Darby Allin for the TNT Championship, and if Darby can’t compete, he’ll forfeit the title.
Entrances begin for our main event, and we go to break.

Chris Jericho enters the match last, bringing us to the match beyond!
The two teams square up across the rings before charging into each other and brawling! Jericho has Floyd and tees off on the Pinnacle with it! Climbing up after Spears, that goes nowhere, Y2J brawls with Mr. Mayhem to send us to break.
Back from commercial, the mats have been peeled up to expose the raw boards of the ring! Ortiz and Santana have FTR up, Sammy off the top.. DOUBLE SPIKE PILEDRIVER ON THE EXPOSED WOOD! Holding a chair down against Spears... GUEVARA GOES COAST TO COAST! Friedman bleeding from the forehead while Ortiz and Santana work him over with a fork!
Big right hand from Jericho puts MJF down! The Pinnacle down and out, Wardlow the last man standing as they cut him down with chairshots, and we go to break for the final time!
