Personally, I thought the answer was pretty clear last week. Don Callis & Kenny Omega offered Orange Cassidy a future title opportunity if he’d back out of the planned Triple Threat for Omega’s World championship at Double or Nothing. OC ripped the contract up right in front of them.
But they gave him time to think it over. Considering Cassidy is coming off being legitimately knocked out in a match with PAC (who’s definitely facing Kenny on Sunday night’s PPV), that was enough to make the audience wonder if maybe Orange wasn’t cleared.
Turns out the answer didn’t change. This just allowed for a more dramatic way to deliver it.
It came after Callis helped set PAC up for a beatdown from Omega & the Good Brothers. OC and Best Friends made the save, then Orange gave the champ an envelope. It was the back-up copy of the agreement Kenny & Don tried to get him to sign last week... and it came with Orange Punches for the Belt Collector and the Bastard.
.@KennyOmegamanX just got his answer...
