According to Wrestling Observer, we weren’t supposed to find out about this match until Friday’s Dynamite. But an international announcer sent it out today (May 26), so AEW went ahead and made it official.
Serena Deeb will defend her NWA Women’s title on the free Buy-In pre-show before Sun., May 30’s Double or Nothing PPV. She’ll do so against Riho, who defeated Deeb in the first round of the AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament earlier this year. This will be the inaugural AEW Women’s champ’s first match since the premiere of Dark: Elevation in March.
