AEW books two title bouts, enforcer Tyson & more for first post-Wednesday Night War Dynamite

NXT moves to Tuesdays next week, and that means AEW has Wednesdays pretty much to themselves. But they’re not holding anything back as they look to grow their audience on TNT.

Mike Tyson will return for the April 14 episode (or actually just stick around, since next week’s show will be taped tonight and early tomorrow in Jacksonville). Fresh off allying himself with Inner Circle, Iron Mike will be the ringside enforcer for Chris Jericho’s match against The Pinnacle’s Dax Harwood.

There will also be two championship defenses on the card for next week’s Dynamite. Back at Revolution, PAC & Rey Fenix won a shot at Tag champs The Young Bucks. The Death Triangle duo will take that shot on the 14th.

Darby Allin will also put the TNT belt on the line against Matt Hardy in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Matt’s Hardy Family Office group has been targeting Allin and his mentor Sting, with Dark Order evening the odds for the champ.

Red Velvet & Jade Cargill’s feud finally leads to a one-on-one match after beefing with one another before and after working a mixed tag with Cody Rhodes & Shaquille O’Neal. Also, one of Cody’s current nemeses, Olympic boxer Anthony Ogogo makes his debut.

Sound like a good way to spend a peaceful Wednesday night?
