Paul Wight debuted in AEW last week with the “biggest scoop ever” about a Hall of Fame worthy star signing with All Elite Wrestling. At Revolution 2021, that man was revealed to be Christian Cage, who signed a multi-year deal with Tony Khan’s wrestling promotion.
Cage was supposed to make his Dynamite debut on tonight’s (Mar. 10) episode with a live interview, but AEW world champion Kenny Omega stole that time and decided to go all-in ridiculing the dud bomb that ended Revolution.
Eddie Kingston came out to confront the heels. Omega doubled down on mocking Kingston’s explanation for why the dud bomb knocked him out at Revolution. This included things getting strange when Omega and Don Callis got in a 69 position with each other.
When you tell a brawler, a pure fighter like @MadKing1981 not to fight. He's gonna throw down. Watch #AEWDynamite NOW on @TNTDrama. pic.twitter.com/1STJdm6lF1

Kingston wouldn’t stand for this nonsense much longer and punches were thrown, of course. Jon Moxley came out to assist his friend in the fight against Omega and the Good Brothers. They were still one man short, but that’s when Christian made his dramatic entrance.
Not sure that's how @Christian4Peeps saw his debut going but he ended up with the AEW World Championship belt so.... #AEWDynamite pic.twitter.com/3NLRQ2XjFh

Christian made it quite clear that he is coming straight for Omega and the AEW world championship.
