Team Taz curiously stayed away from Darby Allin’s match against Joey Janela on tonight’s (Feb. 10) episode of Dynamite. That’s because the heels finally smartened up. They knew that interfering in the match would only cause Sting to run them off with his baseball bat, as he’s done numerous times over the past two months.
So Taz and his boys decided to ambush Darby backstage, put him in a body bag, attach the body bag to an SUV, and go for a ride:

Team Taz timed their attack to occur while Sting was being interviewed by Tony Schiavone inside Daily’s Place, so The Icon wasn’t nearby to save Darby this time. Sting immediately ran off as soon as he realized that Darby was in serious trouble.
AEW commentators later revealed that Sting will address this incident on next week’s (Feb. 17) episode of Dynamite.
