Due to Jon Moxley taking time away for alcohol treatment, he was dropped from #3. Miro moved up one place to fill that spot. 10 was dumped from #5 after losing to Moxley.
With two men out, two newcomers were added to the mix. Bryan Danielson earned #4 with wins over Nick Jackson, Minoru Suzuki, Bobby Fish, Dustin Rhodes, Aaron Solo, and Eddie Kingston. Not to mention a draw against world champ Kenny Omega. Danielson doesn’t have a high number of victories, but he made up for lost ground with quality of competition. Scorpio Sky rounds out the top 5 at #5. This one is a bit of stretch considering his last singles win was in July.
Cassidy had been scheduled to compete against Moxley in the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament on Dynamite, however, real life circumstances caused a replacement. The backup will be announced during the big show tonight. The champ will also be wrestling in non-title action when Kenny Omega rumbles with Alan Angels.
Women:

Kris Statlander dropped from #3 to #5, however, there appears to be a discrepancy with her record. Statlander was credited with a loss, even though, she did not wrestle in singles action.

The Acclaimed earned a win on Dark to move past Private Party into #4. FTR will be defending their AAA tag titles in an open challenge against a pair of mystery luchadores on Dynamite.
