Don’t have time to follow all of AEW’s online content? Don’t worry. We got you covered with the AEW Rewind, which will rewind through social media bits and YouTube videos from the past week to prepare you for Friday night Rampage and Saturday night Dynamite.
Starting with good news on the transaction wire, Daniel Garcia is officially All Elite.
This year @GarciaWrestling came into @AEW with a great reputation built through his hard work on the indies, & he’s continued to work hard here in #AEW + he’s shown no fear, never backing down from anyone, even the best in the world. Thank you & welcome to the team Daniel Garcia! pic.twitter.com/PSAPkkIxf5

Congratulations to Garcia. He was thrown into the shark pit against AEW’s top talent and managed to thrive even in certain defeat.
Stephen Amell was the guest of A Shot of Brandi. They drank Brandi’s Whoa Baby wine and cooked grits with bacon and shrimp. Amell inquired if Arn Anderson was supposed to fall off the apron at Grand Slam. Cody Rhodes stepped in to explain that the AEW ring is designed after NJPW specs for wider aprons so wrestlers have more space to hit moves. That forces the ring posts to be farther away leaving no room to step around on the corner. Arn wasn’t used to that ring style and took a tumble. Consider that mystery solved. You can listen to the explanation at 11:25.
“AEW Road to Orlando,” covered the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament matchups, the TBS Championship tournament bracket reveal, the rematch between PAC and Andrade, Will Hobbs improving since his early loss to Orange Cassidy, Bryan Danielson competing against Dustin Rhodes, and Lee Moriarty’s Taiga Style. A couple of things to keep an eye on are Cassidy with a rib injury heading into his match with Hobbs and hints of Nyla Rose, Ruby Soho, Bunny, Penelope Ford, Red Velvet, Thunder Rosa, and Jade Cargill for the 12-women tournament field.
Checking in with story beats on Elevation and Dark, Jade Cargill cut a promo stating she is confident about running through the competition in the upcoming TBS Championship tournament. She even sassed Thunder Rosa by claiming she will walk her like a dog.
With the TBS Championship Tournament bracket being revealed this Friday on #AEWRampage, @MarkSterlingEsq and the undefeated @Jade_Cargill are confident the #JadeBrand will be represented and run through the competition.

For Saturday night, Tony Khan mentioned plans for a pre-show with Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, and Taz calling college football highlights. That sounds pretty cool as a lark.
If you’ve always wanted to see @JRsBBQ, @tonyschiavone24, & @OfficialTAZ calling & analyzing Saturday’s Top 10 College Football highlights + previewing a huge night of pro wrestling action before Saturday Night #AEWDynamite at 8pm ET/7pm Live on TNT, this pregame show is for you: https://t.co/CkfloDrJkw

Adam Cole explained the process of developing a theme song for his AEW career. “All About Tha (Boom!),” hit #1 on the iTunes metal charts.
Being the Elite
“Stolen Kiss” - Being The Elite, Ep. 278 (here) featured:
- Alex Reynolds and Adam Cole tried to sneak a double cheek kiss on Adam Cole while he was on the phone. They felt the electricity during their stolen kiss on Dynamite. Reynolds and Silver insulted Cole’s wrestling skills and suggested he become the Dark Order’s manager instead. Cole practiced by calling them Team Eat Shit. The manager joke was a reference to the rumor of WWE wanting Cole as a manger when moving to the main roster.
- More sneaker shopping from the Young Bucks in Miami.
- Extra angles from the Cutler Cam showing the Elite beating up Jurassic Express backstage.
- Ryan Nemeth loaded his stuff to move out of his ex-girlfriend’s place. He processed the emotions through music. Nemeth realized that it made him look stupid, so he requested that Brandon Cutler not use the scene for BTE. Cutler did not listen.
- Highlights from the Elite wrestling on Dynamite.
We’ll close with cool artwork crossovers between AEW and DC. Hangman Page is ready for cowboy shit.

I’d be tempted to hang this drawing of Cody Rhodes and Pharaoh on the wall at home if not for the curious reactions from dates seeing it above my bed.

The original tweet also showcases images of Brandi Rhodes and the Young Bucks, but they don’t have snazzy backgrounds.
