Hello Nightly!!!

Unfortunately, there won’t be a retrospective tonight, as I was at work literally from open to close. I wish today had been a good day, but it wasn’t. Won’t go into details, but I had to fill in for somebody, though I already a shift, so we were able to figure something out, but I just can’t keep up with the chaos anymore. Just so much going on, and sometimes, at the end of the day, I wish I was appreciated more. Sometimes it seems like the only person that appreciates me there is the assistant manager/current acting store leader, and I’m appreciative of them as well. I think they’re doing a very strong job considering they were more or less put into this kind of a situation without much of a warning. I just wish everything wasn’t so numbers based, and that higher ups could just let us do our jobs.
