The Nightly: May 10th, 2022

Hello Nightly!!!

Tonight we’ll be looking at the November 16th, 1998 edition of WCW Monday Nitro. This was a decent show that served as the go home Nitro for World War 3 1998. This show featured the return of Barry Windham, along with the debut of Bobby Duncum Jr., and Eric Bischoff firing JJ Dillon. But perhaps the biggest moment was Bam Bam Bigelow arriving in WCW. He’s honestly treated like a big deal right away, as he’s portrayed as an unsigned rebel looking for Goldberg. Mysterio was also forced to join the Latino World Order after Juventud Guerrera, who had won the Cruiserweight title earlier in the night, accidentally cost Mysterio the match. So there was a lot that was happening on this Nitro, now that I think about it.

Overall, there was a lot that happened on this Nitro, and it made for a memorable show.

On to the Nightly.
