The Nightly: January 21st, 2022

Hello Nightly!!!

WWF Raw Is War/War Zone: February 9th, 1998:

Legion Of Doom vs. Jeff Jarrett and Barry Windham:

Bradshaw would chase the NWA off.

Henry Godwinn vs. Quebecer Pierre:

Decent match.

Pantera and Brian Christopher vs. Taka Michinoku and Aguila:

Alright match.

Faarooq vs. Ken Shamrock:

Rock would help out Faarooq by delivering a brutal chair shot to Shamrock.

Steve Blackman vs. Recon:

The Jackyl would cut a promo while on a platform that dangled from the ceiling.

Thrasher vs. The Artist Formerly Known As Goldust:

Sable would cost Goldust the match.

Overall, this was a pretty good Raw, the DX/Boricuas/Austin stuff in particular was really good. In addition, there were also some solid matches and promos, and this show was a pretty good go home show for the next PPV, which would be No Way Out of Texas. Next Raw that we cover will officially be the first stop on the road to Wrestlemania XIV.

On to the Nightly.
