This week, we’re voting on nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows that took place July 25 - 31: New Japan’s Wrestle Grand Slam Tokyo Dome show, Raw, Dark: Elevation, Powerrr, Dark, NXT, Dynamite, Fusion, NXT UK, Impact, SmackDown, ROH TV, 205 Live, NJPW Strong, and anything else I’m forgetting.
But first, here’s the outcome of last week’s voting, and how those results changed our competition for Performer of the Year.
Float on you crazy butterfly...
- The briefcases winners top the list, but only one turned it into a title 24 hours later.
- New titleholders throughout the top ten, including the winners of the IWGP U.S., GCW World, and Raw Women’s (both the current champion, and The Queen’s latest brief reign).
- We’ve also got the champs who retained the Universal and AEW Women’s belts, and one who lost his strap but that’s not gonna stop him cause it’s MDK all f’n day no matter what.
- Filling out are latest rankings are a guy who showed up at Money in the Bank, and the one the Tribal Chief tried to give a title shot to instead.
