WWE Hell in a Cell 2021 results: Charlotte Flair wins, but Rhea Ripley is still Raw women’s champion

When Rhea Ripley showed up on the main roster, and quickly became Raw women’s champion, it was obvious a feud with Charlotte Flair would come sooner rather than later. Sure enough, the two set up for a title match at tonight’s (Sun., June 20, 2021) WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view (PPV) from the ThunderDome inside Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

If you watched their WrestleMania 36 showdown, you already know how good these two are together. They gave us something similar here, a very good physical match between two of the top women in the promotion.

And then they went to the finish.

A disqualification.

They worked an angle where Ripley hurt her leg and Flair targeted it, setting up the Figure Eight and teasing out a title change. Ripley responded by fighting dirty, taking it outside the ring, and ultimately getting herself disqualified.

That means she keeps the Raw women’s championship, but loses the match.

“You’re learning, bitch,” Flair could be heard saying as Ripley walked out.

“I only did what you would have done,” Ripley yelled back at her.

This almost certainly isn’t over.
