Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - Wrestler Rankings are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

This week, we’re voting on nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows that took place May 2 - 8: New Japan’s Wrestling Dontaku shows, Raw, Dark: Elevation, Dark, NXT, Dynamite, Fusion, NXT UK, Impact, SmackDown, ROH TV, 205 Live, NJPW Strong, and anything else I’m forgetting.

But first, here’s the outcome of last week’s voting, and how those results changed our competition for Performer of the Year.
Now that’s some real ‘Big D energy’
TribalHotness on tumblr
  • Both champs got a lot of support, but the WWE Universal pulled ahead to a decisive win over the AEW & Impact World and AAA Mega.
  • Perhaps it was because the other players in the Head of the Table’s story also finished strong. The former Impact champ was the only guy in the Belt Collector’s orbit who placed in last week’s Rankings.
  • A big win over the then #1 in AEW’s Rankings earned The Machine a top five finish, while another body guy from Tony Khan’s company was part of the logjam in tenth for definitively ending his alliance with Kip Sabian.
  • The women of NXT UK stole the show, and two spots in our top ten, when the Final Boss ended her Irish rival’s winning streak.
  • We’re still pushing for Nattie’s tag partner to get the moment she was denied at WrestleMania.
  • One of Impact’s most valuable players winning a singles title, and their newest addition making a splash upon arrival round out an extra-large Top Ten.
