Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - Wrestler Rankings are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
This week, we’re voting on nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows that took place May 9 - 15: Raw, Dark: Elevation, Dark, NXT, Dynamite, Fusion, NXT UK, Impact, SmackDown, ROH TV, 205 Live, NJPW Strong, Impact’s Under Siege special, and anything else I’m forgetting.
But first, here’s the outcome of last week’s voting, and how those results changed our competition for Performer of the Year.
- The “You Deserve It” chants came in the form of votes for both the new NXT Women’s Tag champs, but especially Mrs. Wrestling.
- It’s becoming standard for the Universal title story to claim at least a third of weekly Top 10, and this time the two men beefing over the belt were joined by a returning Uso.
- Blood & Guts’ villain finished a couple spots above of its hero.
- We didn’t know his label’s name yet, but we were still plenty impressed by Hit Row’s head honcho’s win over Leon Ruff.
- Japan represent! The reigning IWGP World Heavyweight champion and the new TJPW Princess of Power power picked up some annual Rankings points by rounding out our latest weekly edition.
