Our little system certainly isn’t perfect, but I do think it does a good job of giving different kinds of fans a voice in the process (however trivial the outcome is in the grand scheme of things). If there’s a flaw that irks me, it’s that someone gets the same score for winning a random slow week in June or September that they do for coming out on top after a week that includes the Royal freaking Rumble and the launch of an AEW/New Japan alliance.
Not sure what can be done about it though. But please enjoy this list of people who showed out at one of WWE’s biggest events of the year (and on its fallout shows), and the man who kicked open the Forbidden Door.
